Can I allow others to listen to my free conference call recordings online? |
You can allow others to listen to “Public” recordings, which are determined by you as the account owner. To make recordings public and available for others to hear:
- Go to: http://www.thebasementventures.com
- Log in with your conference bridge number and moderator PIN in the upper right right-hand corner of the web page:
- Click on the recording title you wish to make public.
- In the Recording Editor window, uncheck the box next to Private and click on Save to make your conference call recording public.

Provide listeners with your bridge number and the following instructions.
- To listen to past conference calls online, go to
http://www.thebasementventures.com/free-conferencing-recording.html
- Enter your name and email address along with the bridge number and click Listen Now.
- Once you are logged in, select a recording and click on Play button (see image below) to listen to it.

How do I podcast my free conference call recordings? |
- Go to: http://www.thebasementventures.com
- Log in with your conference bridge number and moderator PIN in the upper right-hand corner of the web page:
- Click on the RSS icon (see example below) next to the recordings you wish to podcast. Another window will open to show you how to create your podcast.

How do I download my free conference call recordings? |
- Go to: http://www.thebasementventures.com
- Log in with your conference bridge number and moderator PIN in the upper right-hand corner of the web page:
- Right click on the Launch icon (see example below) next to the recording you wish to download, and
select Save Target As
- Select where you would like to save the file.
- Once saved, you can send the MP3 file as an attachment.
Note: For FireFox users, right click on the Launch icon and select Save Link As.

When and how long will my free conference call recordings be available online? |
Your free conference call recordings will appear on your Recordings page within 90 minutes of your free conference call
concluding. Recordings will remain available for a minimum of 30 days.

Your free conference call recordings are saved in MP3 files for superior audio quality and flexible playback options.

How do I enter a podcast into iTunes? |
- Open iTunes
- Click on Advanced
- Select Subscribe to Podcast
- Paste your podcast URL into the field
- Click OK
- Your podcast will download MP3 recordings available for you to play.

How do I delete one of my free conference call recordings? |

- Log in with your conference bridge number and moderator PIN in the upper right-hand corner of the web page:
- Click on the recording title you want to delete.
- In the Recording Editor window, check the box next to Delete and click Save to remove your conference call recording.
